BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an SAP BRIM -Scrum Master to work in the Middletown, PA area. This is a full time position with at least 2 days on-site and
possibly 3 days remote.
As an SAP BRIM-Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery for teams implementing SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and SAP S/4HANA capabilities. This role removes impediments, promotes Agile/Hybrid best practices, and ensures transparency and continuous improvement across workstreams—SOM, Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Charging (CC), integrations, and data migration—while adhering to Commonwealth standards, security, and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Agile Facilitation & Delivery
- Enable ceremonies (daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning/reviews/retrospectives) across BRIM teams.
- Coach teams on Agile/Hybrid practices and Definition of Ready/Done; drive continuous improvement.

Impediment Removal & Risk Management
- Identify and remove delivery impediments; escalate risks and dependencies across modules and integrations.
- Maintain RAID logs and coordinate resolutions with architects, developers, and SMEs.

Backlog & Metrics Transparency
- Partner with Product Owners to refine epics, features, and user stories in Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA.
- Track velocity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, and SLA adherence; communicate status to stakeholders.

Quality, Compliance & Security
- Promote SAP best practices to minimize customization; support Fiori enablement for end-users.
- Ensure teams follow PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, and Commonwealth IT security standards (tokenization, encryption, RBAC).

Integration, Testing & Cutover Readiness
- Coordinate cross team planning for SIT/UAT, integration points (BTP/CPI, OData/IDoc/RFC), and deployment sequencing.
- Support data migration delta load planning, rehearsal schedules, and cutover checklists.

Documentation & Communications
- Ensure audit ready documentation: sprint goals, demos, test results, and lessons learned using Commission templates.
- Facilitate stakeholder updates and align release plans with governance milestones.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of Agile delivery experience, including 2+ years leading SAP implementations.
- Direct experience with SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, CC) and S/4HANA delivery in enterprise settings.
- Proficiency with ADO/JIRA and Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cumulative flow).
- Understanding of PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, secure payment integration, and audit requirements.
- Experience coordinating integration (SAP BTP/CPI) and migration/cutover activities.
Preferred Skills:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP.
- SAP BRIM or S/4HANA certifications; familiarity with Fiori/UI5.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP services (API Management, Event Mesh) and CPI integration tooling.
- Experience with ServiceNow for incident/change management and release coordination.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.
