BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an SAP BRIM -Program Manager to work in the Middletown, PA area. This is a full time position with at least 2 days on-site and
possibly 3 days remote.
As an SAP BRIM-Program Manager, you will provide overall leadership and governance for a multi-project portfolio implementing SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and related SAP S/4HANA capabilities. This role oversees strategy, funding, scope, schedule, and risk across workstreams (SOM, CI, CC, integrations, data migration, training) to deliver business outcomes while adhering to Commonwealth standards, security, and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Governance
- Define program objectives, KPIs, and success metrics aligned to Commonwealth goals.
- Establish governance structures, steering committees, and decision frameworks.

Portfolio & Roadmap Management
- Develop and maintain Multi release roadmaps for BRIM/S/4HANA components and integrations.
- Coordinate dependencies across projects (CRM, payment gateways, mediation, reporting).

Financials & Contracts
- Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, and service credits tied to SLAs.
- Monitor monthly performance against milestones and contractual obligations.

Delivery Oversight
- Lead cross functional teams (architects, developers, SMEs, trainers) to execute plans.
- Ensure use of SAP best practices to minimize customization; promote Fiori enablement.

Risk, Compliance & Security
- Own program level risk register; drive mitigation for PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, and Commonwealth IT standards.
- Ensure secure payment flows (tokenization, encryption) and audit readiness across releases.

Data Migration & Cutover
- Oversee migration strategies, delta load plans, reconciliation, and dress rehearsals to minimize downtime.
- Validate data integrity and business continuity requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Facilitate executive updates, steering meetings, and business workshops; manage expectations and change.
- Maintain transparent status reporting and traceability in Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA.

Quality, Testing & Support Readiness
- Ensure SIT/UAT planning, defect triage, and release acceptance criteria are met.
- Coordinate training, knowledge transfer, and post go live support via ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of program/project leadership experience, including 4+ years with SAP implementations.
- Proven delivery of SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, CC) and S/4HANA initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in portfolio management, financials, and vendor management for large programs.
- Understanding of PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, secure payment integration, and audit requirements.
- Experience overseeing data migration, cutover planning, and business readiness.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP BRIM or S/4HANA certifications highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP (API Management, Event Mesh) and SAP CPI for integrations.
- Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA for roadmap/backlog management.
- Experience with ServiceNow for incident/change management and operational readiness.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
