BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an SAP BRIM -Integration Developer to work in the Middletown, PA area. This is a full time position with at least 2 days on-site and
possibly 3 days remote.
As an SAP BRIM-Integration Developer, you will be responsible for the design, build, and maintain integrations between SAP BRIM modules, SAP S/4HANA, and external systems such as CRM, payment gateways, and mediation platforms. This role focuses on implementing secure, scalable, and efficient integration solutions using SAP BTP, CPI, and API-led connectivity. The developer will collaborate with architects, SMEs, and business analysts to ensure compliance with Commonwealth standards and support high-volume, consumption-based billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Integration Development
- Develop and configure interfaces using SAP CPI, IDoc/ALE, RFCs, and OData/REST APIs.
- Implement event driven architecture and API management via SAP BTP.

Collaboration & Design
- Work with Integration Architect and SAP BRIM SMEs to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.

Testing & Documentation
- Write and execute unit, SIT, and UAT test cases for integrations.
- Document technical specifications, mappings, and workflows in Microsoft ADO or JIRA.

Security & Compliance
- Ensure integrations comply with PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, and Commonwealth IT security standards.
- Implement encryption, tokenization, and secure data handling practices.

Performance & Support
- Optimize integration performance for high volume transactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects; provide post go live support

Training & Enablement
- Assist in developing training materials and mentor junior developers on integration tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in integration development, including 2+ years with SAP landscapes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI, IDoc/ALE, RFCs, and OData/REST APIs.
- Experience integrating SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI) with SAP S/4HANA and external systems.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards (PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2).
- Proficiency in SAP BTP services for API management and event-driven architecture.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP BRIM certifications or CPI certifications highly desirable.
- Experience with hybrid Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA for documentation and workflow.
- Experience with ServiceNow for post go-live support.
- Knowledge of mediation systems for usage capture and rating integrations.
