BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking Systems Engineer (Senior) for both MD area as well as PA area. These positions are full-time, remote role with travel to other Government or Contractor facilities as required in PA and MD. The average workday is 8 hours and the window in which those 8 hours may be scheduled is between 6:00am hours and 6:00pm hours eastern time, Monday through Friday except for Government Holidays with the core hours (9am to 3pm) being covered.
As a Systems Engineer (Senior), you will be responsible to analyze information requirements, evaluate problems in workflow, organization, and planning. The individual in this role develops appropriate corrective action and provides daily supervision and direction to staff.
Basic Qualifications:
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. (Note: A Master’s degree is preferred.)
Specialized Experience:
- The proposed candidate must have at least three (3) years of experience in the supervision of system engineers, and demonstrated use of interactive, interpretative systems with on-line, real-time acquisition capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- The proposed candidate must have at least six (6) years of experience in systems engineering.
