BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking Value Stream Engineers - Senior for both MD area as well as PA area. These positions are full-time, remote role with travel to other Government or Contractor facilities as required in PA and MD. The average workday is 8 hours and the window in which those 8 hours may be scheduled is between 6:00am hours and 6:00pm hours eastern time, Monday through Friday except for Government Holidays with the core hours (9am to 3pm) being covered.
As a Value Stream Engineer, you oversee process efficiency and performance across value streams, while coaching Agile teams and leaders through Agile transitions and fostering cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Principal responsibility of processes and performance across value streams.
- Coaches Agile teams and leadership through Agile transformation, fostering collaboration and facilitating cross-team dialogue among Agile leaders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in related field
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience and possesses strong working knowledge of SAFe working methodology
Specialized Experience:
- Candidate must have successful experience as a Scrum Master
