Agile Coach - Senior (MD and PA State)

BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking  an Agile Coach  -  Senior,  for both MD area as well as PA area.  These positions are full-time, remote role with travel to other Government or Contractor facilities as required in PA and MD. The average workday is 8 hours and the window in which those 8 hours may be scheduled is between 6:00am hours and 6:00pm hours eastern time, Monday through Friday except for Government Holidays with the core hours (9am to 3pm) being covered.  

As a  Agile Coach  -  Senior,  You will provide consulting, coaching, and training on Agile practices to enhance Agile software development practices. Identifies organizational impediments to successful Agile transformation and works to effectively resolve them. May manage others.
